Default SE mufflers vs SE II

Wife’s 08 FXDL got an extensive dyno session and runs very well but the SE mufflers were stained.
I have a clean pair of the older SE II mufflers; wonder if I put them on would the dyno tune be wasted?

Most of the time you can polish the hot spots away with products like Simichrome polish or equivalent. It may take some elbow grease but most of the time it’ll rub away.
If the muffs have not been modified they should be very close. All bets are off if any of the muffs have been dicked with.

Do the baffles from the SE mufflers fit in the SE II mufflers? I would think "if" they did, the difference would be minimal. Just a thought...

Run the screaming eagle twos with no baffles with thunder Torque inserts you'll like it that's what I run. It's got a good bark when you're hammer them, and there adjustable
