So 2006 and up FXDF frames are the same? Are there any other Dyna that have the same frame. So would the front clip and rear swingarm from Fat Bob fit on a 2011 FXDC or does it have to be FXDF or can it be 2013 street bob frameQUOTE=misfitJason;17494474]2006 and up. All of them[/QUOTE]

So all 2006 and up Dynas have the same chassis? So I can put Fat Bob parts on a street bob chassis and vice versa or super glide parts on a Fat Bob chassis? I don’t want to have Fat Bob parts and not be able to put them on a chassis if they aren’t going to be compatible. If a frame is considered a Fat Bob is it because of the chassis or because of the parts as far as swing arm, steering, etc.

Basically they're all the same except for the WG and it's 34° rack,(vs 29° of the others), but there are subtle differences in the location of anchor/bolt locations for exhaust, brake lines, wire harnesses and other things like that.
Some have counsel mount gauges, other have riser mounted,, so sure,, things can swap over,, but,,
What are you thinking of doing or hoping to do??

I bought a salvaged 2013 Fat Bob at an auction with a warped frame so I’m wanting to rebuild something using the existing parts so I need to order a new frame that it will all bolt up to.
Basically they're all the same except for the WG and it's 34° rack,(vs 29° of the others), but there are subtle differences in the location of anchor/bolt locations for exhaust, brake lines, wire harnesses and other things like that.

So it appears there is some difference in frames other than just the Wide Glide. I punched a couple different years and models into Ronnie's HD parts finder index, and it shows a few different part numbers for different years/models. I only checked a couple, so I don't know where the cutoff is, and I don't know what the differences are.
Part # 47760-10A is the frame for a '13 Far Bob.
