Unreal - but I have similar stories of coils getting sent back to the States for warranty and the issues of communication and timelines. I now only but shocks/coils that can be serviced in Canada, and locally is preferred. I've read lots of good things about Prgressive's ride quality, but I don't want to come across a situation like yours; therefore, I am considering Fox coils as I know the guy locally that can rebuild them in an afternoon (certified Fox shock mechanic). Hope you finally get yours back!

I just posted the progressive story from upper level management a little over a week ago

They are moving and the new facility is not ready....not even shelving?????

That's a good idea for sure lol, I have legends revo-a's now and they are miles better than the progressive 444's I had like night and day difference.

Call them 1-877-690-7411 ex 428 be nice and the lower level sales guys guys will tell you the Rear scoop

I called again last Friday and they actually are picking inventory from trucks to ship
