I got a '98 FXD and I love the bike so I don't want to get rid of it but would like a tank mounted speedo. What are my options? Does anyone make a conversion kit for the FXD? I assume I can watch e-bay for an FXDL tank (correct years)- will it bolt right up or will I have to do any wiring for it's speedo to work? I'm not much of a real mechanic but I can parts change with the best of em. Thanks for the help!
