Default 2016 FXDLS Rear brake light switch

Yesterday, when out for ride, I had an issue with the cruise control not working, it was switching on but not setting speed.
Stopped and noticed my brake lights were on all the time, what I found was the rear hydraulic brake light switch was stuck on all the time, so I simply just unplugged one wire terminal off the switch and now at least the brake light was working off the front brake and the cruise was now working normally.
The bike is now out of warranty and has 35,000klm's on it.
The switch looks simple enough to replace but with the ABS the line the switch is on is the ABS line to the pump, I'm a little apprehensive about changing it myself as it looks like a pain to bleed the brake line with the ABS pump in the mix.
I know how to bleed brakes but I've never done brakes on a ABS fitted bike, is it simply just bleeding the brake line from the caliper as per normal and it will bleed through the pump as well or is there more to it.
Apparently I hear it's common for the rear brake switch to fail on dynas.
