Right on. Thanks for the insight and pictures. I was leaning more towards the Joker Machine pegs versus the Mushmans anyways, pending confirmation that they are made in the states. But I won't count the "Made in China Moons" out just yet. Thanks.

I bought a set of the BMX style ones of ebay, they came from China. Look identical to the Moons. They are functional and your feet will not slide off of them Sometimes they may feel too stick and have to make an effort to lift feet off peg to get to the shifter/brake lever. I havent really looked at the soles, but I would agree that they prob do a number on the bottom of them since its pretty much like ice studs.

Why did you remove them off your Dyna?

I wouldnt recommend moons mc. Like cvaria said, they just buys their products from china and raised the price to heaven and claims it theirs. They sponsor some hd stunters, maybe thats why they have to list their prices that high when its worth the fraction of it.
There was a Instagram dude that had a "american made pegs" (if that raises the quality, I dont know), and they snapped when he was standing on them while driving. Cant remember the brand thoo...

But dont take my word for it, I still use the oem rubber ones and they give me enough grip and they dont destroy my soles :P

Anxious to see the current installation. Won't take you long to take a picture and post it in here by tomorrow I guess?

Just an update:

I emailed with DMR and think I'll go with a set of his pegs as Cvaria and rbdub474 recommended. Brad said he is 3-4 weeks out on being restocked on his beartrap pegs in blue. I'll post when I finally get them.

In the meantime, I discovered that there is a company right here in Oklahoma, Brass Ball Cycles, that makes some nice looking pegs for a little less money. However, they don't offer them in blue and I've seen a review that claimed a customer had a clevis shear when he stood up on his pegs. I probably will stick with DMR but will definitely go by these guys' shop next time I'm in OKC.
