Default got my bike Dyno tuned today

I had my bike dyno'd today at Doc's in St. Louis

stock motor with custom pipes, SE AC, and PCIII

I had the canned map for V&H short shots and SE AC loaded on the PCIII and it looks like it was fairly close.

before: 75hp, 78tq
after: 82hp, 84tq

I have more tq through the whole powerband than whatmy peak used to be

A/F was up and down between 11 and 14 before, now it's a nice straight 13

the tuner also bumped my redline to 6200 since hp was still climbing after 5500

I'm glad I got the tune done, now I know my A/F is safe and I picked up some power.....bike feels smoother at idle and low speeds too.

Here's the sheet:

those are real good numbers for a basic stage I. Specially considering its a TC88.
You don't have a bigger bore or different cam?

My '05 95" stage I is 80/88

must have been a good day for the plant. The numbers you were getting BEFORE the dyno is more along what I would expect.

I can't recall ever reading a post from someone with a TC88 and basic stage I getting numbers in the 80's.

got to agree with thrillseeker

based on the dynos I've seen with this config (stock TC88, V&H anything, SE cleaner, PCIII) - there are a lot of reference points that put hp in mid 70s, tq in high 70s - these numbers look HUGE.

Added a scan of the dyno sheet to the first post

small: http://www.stlsrt.com/images/dyno_small.jpg

large: http://www.stlsrt.com/images/dyno_large.jpg

alldynos are different so I never really put stock in the peak numbers......I like the look of the nice smooth curve and the fact that the torque stays high all through the band. I was more interested in the difference in before and after numbers and I'm happy with what I picked up....I think I got my money's worth on the tune.

Great numbers for a stock motor. I have the SE 6200 ign module, some good carb work V&H big radius pipes with the SE cams.
85.50hp
91.23 max torque
Befor the cams it was
75.40 hp
81.25 max torque
So your numbers sound just about right
