Check your ground too. If a ground doesn't have a solid enough connection it does funky things.
Seen a bike that had a lot of similar problems, ended up being the ground to the frame had come a little loose. Gave the electronics enough power to turn on but not the starter.

 

Appreciate all the help. I disconnected and re connected the battery, cleaned the terminals and took out and cleaned up the fuses and put it all back together and it fired up just like new!

 

So having the same issue checked the battery brand new even get the clunck sound but that is as fare as it goes hooked it up correctly metered battery 12.6 checked fuse WTF am I missing any help please

 

I would say that you did not change the battery successfully.

 

Are the battery cable ends sitting perfectly flat on the battery terminals?
What do you get when you try to start it? Repeat with the meter on the wire terminals instead of the battery or the bolts.

Is this the same behavior you had before you replaced the battery?
