Ignition key not removable in the ACC position

Ignition key not removable in the ACC position
According to the Owner's Manual, the ignition key should be removable when (on "non-International models) the key is in the ACC position. I'm 99.9% sure I have a non-international model '06 yet the key is NOT removable. It's not that big a deal but I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

My St. Bob is removable in the ACC and Lock positions. You will see a notch
at these positions like in the on position it if is removable.
You have to push the key in further to get to the ACC position and I have to
slightly wiggle it to get it out, but very little.
