2008 Fatbob Fuel pump issues
My 2008 fatbob wouldn't start.
I replaced the battery, starter relay, checked all the fuses, and replaced the battery in the key fob. Nothing helped. I went ahead and replaced the fuel pump and filter and it worked! I ran the bike for 10 mins and turned it off. A week later I go to start it up and nothing. The fuel pump is not priming again. I check all the fuses again and everything looks ok. Any suggestions on what may be the problem?
Also, what is the best way to check for a short or a floating ground on the bike? Thanks in advance.

If there's a short a fuse will blow.
You should check the fuses with a continuity tester or DVM, a fuse can look OK but may not be when tested.
Try another relay, it's possible a new one can fail.
Check to see if you're getting power to the fuel pump. Check the kill switch.
Get the electrical shop manual.
