Default Bassani RR bracket

New Bassani RR bracket is about a 1/2 inch short even with the 1/2 inch spacer that came with it. Trying to install them on my 97 FXDWG.
I know others have had the bracket problem and I was wondering IF Bassani sent them a correct bracket and how long did it take for them send it and did the 2nd bracket fit? Thanks

Can you post a picture of the issue?

Yes I can but it is the typical problem of the bracket is not spaced out far enough from the tranny. It comes with a 1/2 inch spacer but it is still another 1/2 inch short of clearing my back brake reservoir. Picture in a minute.

Looking at bracket then spacer then 1/2 inch gap to tranny and still hitting the brake reservoir.

You need the bracket that has two 90* angles to go around the brake. I’ll take a picture of mine.

Did the 90* bracket make everything work perfect? Headers lined up fine? Guess you still needed the spacer?

Everything fit up good and yes, I believe there is a spacer on the tranny.
