Oh, I see. You meant what two bikes not what the garage would look like. My second bike would be a 2014 or newer SGS to go with my Low Rider. Then I'd start doing some massive modifications to the Low Rider.

 

I have the fxd for kicking around and short solo rides of around 400 miles. That said dad said we should take the Harley’s to Sturgis this year, so he’ll take the 03 RK and I the Superglide.

That said my main multi day touring bike is an Indian Cheiftain. Not a second HD, but similar

 

the indian touring bikes are nuts. super nice

 

14' Fatbob and an 07' Electraglide Classic.The 3 bike garage will have either an ***** or a Crossbones added!

 

My thoughts along the same lines as yours , was actually considering a Road Glide for the Long haul, but got a much better deal on the Chieftain Dark Horse ..

 

I use my Wide Glide for fun in the twisties and the Breakout for longer rides.

I'd say after I've finished paying off my fxdls I'm adding either a road glide again or an old evo or shovel. Depends on the mood whether to get a bike for distance and comfort again or something fun and not so common anymore to tinker with since I love to build and modify my toys.

 

The 2 models of the last twinkies I planned to own. Daily is the 17 LRS. Longer or rides with the wife get the 16 SG.

 

It looked like this till July 2017 , I sold my shovelhead ......... another will come.

The FXDLS is here to stay , over the winter there's plans , engine work .
