Very true but they also can void the warranty depending on dealer and how much they stick to HD corporate rules.
I have the crappy SE street tuner on mine (came with the bike and warranty friendly) which will get ditched for a TTS or power vision ASAP.

I did the same, with VH slip ons. I found that even though bike ran relitively well, once I auto tuned with my Fuel Moto Power Vision, it made a huge difference. . Much better sound, and the bike ran smoother. As a matter of fact, one of the best add ons on my bike is the Power Vision auto turner. Well worth the money. Would have sold my bike without it. Much better than the factory tune.
