Default strut covers for DYNA

can anyone tell me what the options are? i have seen people with black ones that look really good but i am assuming they are maybe chrome ones painted black?

Have you tried searching the Internet? If you google "Dyna Shock covers" you get a lot of results from all the different motorcycle parts websites. I'm sure they are at least offered in chrome and black. Don't know about other colors. But you could always have them powder coated.

You can also just remove them to get a slightly different black look.

Yeah I googled it but I can only find genuIne ones in chrome. Which is fine I can powder coat them but I am sure I have seen them standard on a dyna in black. Thought Someone may be able to help, with some knowledge beyond google searches

Some people remove and powdercoat them, some bikes like the FXDX come in wrinkle black, and most bikes come with chrome strut covers. And as cggorman mentioned, on some models you can remove the strut cover all together.

Pretty sure this is what you are after, I have them on my 2014 Streetbob part number is 59473-09
