Harley poly bushings are good quality. One of few things things they got right. Should be standard on all bikes in my opinion.

I've been running poly bushings for about 65000 miles... one thing tho, they 'will' transmit just a bit more vibration to your bars.. just be aware of that.

Hey guys! I just realized I never reported back here on this. I ordered my Poly bushings a few months back and then proceeded to put them on the bike. Oddly enough, the fasteners that hold these in place.... WERE LOOSE! That'll explain the creaking noises and movement feeling. So after I got them off I inspected the stock bushings, and as expected they were kind of knackered. Which will explain why the fasteners were loose. At any rate, I got them installed and the bars back on... Fairly easy job with the help of my girlfriend who was kind enough to hold the bars in place for reinstallation. And long story short, they work perfectly! No noises, no creaking, no movement whatsoever. I don't really feel a big difference in the feel of the ride either, so that's good too. All in all, a grand success so THANK YOU all for chiming in on this

yup poly or solid bushings, on a dyna its a simple task....I would get someone to hold the bars while standing over the front fender. The taller the bars, the more rigid you'll want the bushings.
