Default Does Mustang solo change riding postion ?

I want a more comfortable seat that ideally moves me back over the standard Superglide seat. Mustang seems to be higher but does it move you back at all.

Mine moved me back an inch, maybe a bit less.

Up a inch & back a inch sounds like it may give me the extra room I need. Thanks mate

I'd see if you could find one to sit on before you drop all that coin on a new one.

Absolutely agree with this statement. The riding position with my Mustang Wide Vintage is different from my stock seat and you may not like it. Be patient and find one to try out.

I remember talking to someone at Mustang, and they stressed that their seats generally will sit you closer to the handlebars. So be sure to research this, before you pull the trigger.

My Mustang WVS, sat me back about an inch and lower about .5" from my stock FXDC seat... I have over 60k miles on that seat now... still in great shape.

My Vintage Wide was as said before about an inch up and back and felt a bit weird for a bit but used to it now and the comfort is well worth it, especially after 100+ Miles ..

I have the Mustang Tripper solo in brown. Looks great and is much more comfortable for me, than my stock one. But I do feel more forward, than before, and the "lip" if you will, on the back, feels like it should be sloped more back, or moved back 1/2 inch period. I almost want to sit where the lip is. I have the standard controls though, I suspect it would feel different with forwards.
