Not a wide glide but I really dig the look, sound, and definitely the performance!

LRB racing 2 into 1 on my 16 wide glide, has Andrews 37 H cams, and a power vision tuner. Has a wicked sound to it. Sounds like a drag car at idle.

Bassani RR. Was my choice. Dont like long pipes. or the ones that curve up or down.
And I wanted loud, so it was one of the ones that qualified

OP; You need to choose..."sound" or "performance." True dual pipes give the best sound, but 2-1 offer better performance. Which is most important to you/your bike plans...??

Of the duals i had:
  • stock Tommy gun was a joke
  • stock headers with cobra slip-ons were a joke with slightly meaner tone
  • Stock streetbob headers with real deal screaming eagle II slip-ons sounded GREAT! Great sound and no drone
  • stock streetbob headers with cycle shack slip-ons GREATER! Great sound and no drone.. mean bark.
  • bassani road rage 2 mega power is a beast. Power difference immediately noticeable after auto tune. Sound is outright ridiculous. Drones on highway but not in a really bad way.

To tell the truth i sort of miss the se IIs and the shacks. They weren't as obnoxious as the road rage and still count as "loud pipes save lives" pipes.

i will post vids in a minute
ratherthan post a bunch of vids, you will find them all here on my channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/cvaria4

Had Bassani RR on my '03 Sporty & loved them, but they're getting like V&H Short Shots ("everyone" has them). I ended up going w/Firebrand52 2-1...beefy 4" muffler sounds better than RR (IMO).
