320 Degrees! How high is too high?

Funny, I never realized that the lifters were responsible for pushing oil up the rods as well, I just thought they buffered between the cams and rods to lift the rods, rockers/valves but it makes so much sense.
I'm like Mchad, although my engine temp (as measured from my PV, I don't currently measure oil temp), in the summer my ET will easily hit 300 but rarely goes too much beyond now that I have both the fan assisted oil cooler and the wards fans. I do think every bit helps albeit the fans do put more hot air onto me the rider which I insulate myself a bit with my Captain Itch Crotch Cooler.
During normal riding season the various coolers keep my engine temp at around 260
