Haha that's awesome. Very creative. I do find it funny that you have a floor Jack and an engine hoist, but not a motorcycle Jack. Lol just saying

You gotta use what you have! A lot better than that guy a while back who wanted to use a tree branch and a hoist......

We've had the cherry picker for 6 or so years. Only had the bike less than a year.lol and my friend works at walmart tire lube and express and when they are done with floor jacks they give them out

Same one I use TinCup, just made some mods in case I need to get some clearance.
I put a quick release clip into the bricks on the workshop wall and hang it out of the way.

I just keep the Wide Glide on it when its not being ridden; the J&S is so easy to use, when the bike comes in the garage I put it on the lift. Takes just a few moments to lift it to the high locking position, put her up against the wall, and plug in the tender
