Default Rear Pulley?

I have a 2014 FXDF that I want to change out the rear pulley to one that closely matches the rotors I'm installing. I found one that says the following fitment: Harley-Davidson 2007 & Up FLST Softail, 2007-2008 FLHT/ FLHR/ FLTR and 2007 & Up Dyna. Reading this is it safe to assume that the bike's listed would fit?

If it's a 66T x 1" you should be good to go...

He said to mention year and model so the correct spacer could be provided.

Here a question... On older chain driven bikes I used to play around with the sprocket sizes, putting on bigger sprockets for climbing and doing wheelies. Can you put a bigger pulley on the rear for the quick pull?
