I'm running a set of 6" night train risers and a set of big als 3.5" rise bars behind an eBay t sport fairing. The bars straighten me up some and still allow aggressive riding. I do wish to get a 14" shield as opposed to the 12" that came with the fairing. Overall I'm pleased with my results.
What length clutch and brake line did you go with?
I went with +4 on both. I wasnt sure if I would want to go to an 8" riser or not. Clutch cable I routed fine to hide it but the brake has a lot of slack for my taste. +2 on narrow bars with 10" total rise should be more than enough.
If you like the stock bars and bend, you can just add riser extensions. I run a three inch + 3 inch extension. My photo sig only shows the 3 incher. I'm at about 11 inches currently.
LRS looks good with those 11”. Do you happen to know what cables did you ordered and from where? I prefer not to have too long clutch cable sticking out as it will be exposed. Let me know your thoughts.
