Hey guys...im new here and actually new to the dyna family.

Im stoked to put some apes on my bike. I was trying to get an opinion on size. Im 6'2 and have forward controls.

I dont want to go too high but 16" are appealing..anyone have any input between 14s and 16s?
can i use stock risers if i get burly narrow apes?

Any help is appreciated.

 

I am changing mine from stock. I ordered the 12" southeast custom bars because it is about the same width as stock (32") and I didnt want the wide ones.

But they didnt deliver, out of stock they said and after long wait I cancelled. They do have 14" in stock tho.

I decided I will go with a custom made bar by BR. I want to order a 1.25" since I think it will have less vibration, and it will be measured exactly how I want it.
