i am in process of a 01 wide glide,,,and was wondering what if any throttle lock or cruise control you all are using?

 

It should have a factory lock under the right grip. Al little dial wheel.

 

I'm using a Cruise-Mate on an 06 FXDL. Works like a champ and is reasonably priced.

Anyone use a klever lever? Ordering one later today. I like the dr cruise one but it's twice the price looks to be the same thing, a longer lever

 

I have no experience most of the add on levers, but you might want to check out Throttle Mate as well.

Haven't tried it, but I've seen a lot of positive comments/feedback on it.

Can't argue with the simplicity of the install and use.

 

Just ordered the Klever lever direct from the company on eBay. They sold 480+ all positive reviews there. $6.95 shipped. Not a bad deal

 

+1, Ive had one for about 3 years now and love it. Easy to fit as well if you don't mind 5 mins of drilling and tapping.

Cruise Buddy. JP Cycles pic isn't very good.

Also use the Cramp Buster, which is super cheap.

 

Cruise-Mate for 5 years now very good quality but as said drill an tap no big deal .
