Yes I monitor my heat temps all the time. I installed the Ultracool oil cooler on my 2017 Lowrider S and it has kept my temps in check except when in bumper to bumper traffic. Did the 2 inch tank lift kit effect your fuel guage any???

The tank lift doesn't effect your usable fuel. What it will do is cause your "Low Fuel" light to come on about 8-10 miles sooner.
