It can't hurt to double check the tank bolts. Also the heat shields.
A bad motor mount should be obvious, but if you can't see that the rubber is trashed, get a pry bar between the frame and motor and see if there's a lot of movement.

Those mounts are a POS, I had the same issue, it sounded like something was hitting the tank on bumps, until a day I noticed that of the two screws holding the mount to the frame, one of them was missing and the other was beaten to death and almost out too, thank god I noticed it, put new grade 8 longer screws + shimmed the mount and now is as good as it can be.
