Default New fairing

Installed a burley fairing today. Not a huge fan of the looks, but I needed to get the wind off my chest on those 20 degree days here in the mountains outside San Diego.

I was able to leave the stock FXDLS fairing brackets on so next summer I can pull this and put the stock back on.

I like the look. Does it do a good job of keeping the wind off your chest?

I could be a fan of that also. Didn't realize it was that cold there in the mountains of San Diego. Mine is still wide open and I darned near froze to death this past winter in the mountains of east TN. I'll take a look at that. Thanks, Mike

Only put a few miles on it so far and it is a beautiful day....but I definitely felt a difference.

It is definitely growing on me. For 270 bucks shipped WITH mounting hardware I couldn't beat it.

Yeah even people that live in San Diego itself tend to forget how cold it gets! We had snow last winter. And actually a town about 1000 feet higher than us had snow last weekend!

Get Lowered Cycles. Contacted them via Facebook and they checked stock before I ordered so I knew it wasn't back ordered.

Thank you,,
One more question, I am 5'10", will the fairing work for me or will it be too tall. Judging from your height.
Thanks again

I am the same height and I haven't had an issue. I also haven't put a ton of miles on it yet as I just took leave before deploying. When I get home though I can take an eye level picture.
