Default Price Question for 2009 Dyna Low Rider

All,
Thinking of selling my 2009 FXDL. Bone stock 1700 miles original owner pretty much new condition.
Has anyone purchased one of these recently and what do you think would be a good price?

Thank you..
..Dave

Is that a California bike?
I'm thinking 8 to 9k as posted above. Clean bike.

7K,, if you find the right person,, it's a special bike because it's your's,,
, but it's still an 09`.
The market is flooded with used Harley's.(buyers market)
Wanna get real? Check your local Craigs list,, low miles is a plus,, but it's not make or break, any 2009 FX model under 20K miles is a good list,,

I wouldn't pay over 7K for it but I think this time of year somebody would give 8-9 for it.
I ask if it's a California bike cuz of the charcoal canister on the down tubes. I didn't think the 48 state bikes came with those 2009, Ct is CT right?= Connecticut ??
Someone like me buying it would understand going into it the tires are factory and regardless of tread they should be replaced, all fluids changed, brake bleed, I'd upgrade the brake pads, braided brake line up front, stage one upgrade, most people would want to change out bars that may or may not include clutch and throttle cables change. I'd have to get a new seat too. If I were buying that bike I'd know going into it that the stock compensator is a week link in these bikes and would eventually need to be upgraded. Suspension upgrade too-for me anyway.
All of the above add up. This I know going in to it so my offer would be based on all that, some guys just see a beautiful new condition bike and you could get lucky. One other thing is some of the younger guys aren't fond of all the chrome so that may or may not effect the sale.
I recently picked up a bone stock 2007 FXD in California, where costs are inflated, with 5,700 miles on it and gave $6,700 for it and I feel like I got a decent deal-went into it knowing I'd be doing all of the above mentioned upgrades.
Day it came home:

Next day:

And that was just prep for tires and fork rebuild.
As its sits now with +or- $2000 in it, with me doing all the wrenching except putting the tires on the rims. The graphic on the tank still needs attention, but its almost finished.

So all in all I'm into it for about $9,000 for a bike I plan on keeping a long time and I'm okay with that.

I paid $7,500 privately for my Low Rider in December when it really was a buyers market. The seller was asking $8,500 but was hot to sell. The dealer at the same time had a Super Glide that he was ask $10k and would take $9..it had 11k miles and mine only has 7.4k.

Now that the season is here I'm sure I could get the $8,500 if I wanted but i'm going to have this one for a long time.

This right here is the best thing you can do. Best way to get an idea is to look at the market. If everyone is asking 7k for similar bike chances are you won't get 9k for yours.

You probably won't find an apples to apples comparison because of your low mileage but it will at least give you an idea. You can probably ask a bit more than the average price because of mileage.
