Anyone know if this kit sticks out as far as the stock setup? Thanks

Yes, it sticks out as far as the factory one.

 

I also have the screaming eagle stage 1 kit, I dont like how far it sticks out but like the factory teardrop cover. Also like the air flow I get with the se. Wonder if theres a way to alter it?

 

Yeah, I found it a bit uncomfortable at first too, Kinda wide,, but I got use to it in short order.
Now other bikes are too skinny,

 

I put harley 5" footpegs on which made it more comfortable to ride but to hit the rear brake you have to angle your leg around it

 

I don't know what model you have.
Mines a 09 FXD. I put Kuryakyn forwards on it,, with the Kuryakyn extended brake pedal.
That solved all my knee cramping, bended leg troubles. I must say that's it's most comfortable now.

 

MoCo just needs to bite the bullet and make Big Twins right side drive. Shift the engine left in the chassis, reduce intake/knee impingement, reduce the clutch overhang, go to a pulley brake setup, and run exhaust on both sides...

Am I dreaming? I think I'm dreaming.
