Well thats just Sucks, it seems to me that this is becoming more of a problem nowadays. When i spoke to Gary on the phone he was saying that he isgoing to be doing a bunch of work for Big Bear Choppers, which to me translates to "Ive made it now so to hell with the little guy". I say that if this is the way that these guys want to do buisiness then we take it on ourselves to discredit the reputation they build off our dollars. I have a small business with 5 employees, when there is a problem with something they have done or ive done i fix it PERIOD. So now i am highly doubting if i will recieve my second plate to compensate for the first one that broke, but i dont want to just take it dry. So my question is what do we as unhappy consumers do to turn the heat up and make these kind of guys do the right thing.

 

Hmmm I was going to order one from Gary, but that respose has changed my mind.
