Default Finally got rid of the wobble!

Just got my 11 Street Bob back from the shop and all back together and cleaned up. They changed out the steering head barrings and races, put on lowrider tripples, painted lower fork legs and put new springs/oil in the front. Rock solid all the way to 100 and back down - no wobbles and tried different speeds with no hands...basically either the old barring was loose, the old set-up was was messed up from PO wreck, or a combination of both.

I’m under the impression that LR trees and SB trees are the same, except for the early SB with the integrated risers

Honestly i am not really sure- i had the integrated top riser. I can say that there is some difference because when i turn the handlebars all the way to the right just before the fork stop the trip hits my tank where the mounting tab is...gotta figure that one out later...

Look at the steering stop for the lower triple clamp and the frame, the stops may be damaged or distorted, it's about the only thing that would allow the triple clamp to contact the tank.

I’m fairly certain. Unfortunately, without a side by side comparison or first-hand knowledge from someone, its hard to tell. HD assigns different part numbers to the same part on different bikes, even when they are the same exact part. Impossible to tell from looking at parts fiche.

Low rider trees have 1.5 degrees of rake. Street bob has 0. Otherwise they should be the same, as they're both meant for the same frame.
