could a wedged rock or glass have done this? it was sudden as mention in the original thread.
My rear tire suddenly became squirrely. Not sure why. I haven't lifted the bike to shake the rear wheel because my sporty has been on my fear lift but, everything looks okay.
by squirrely, i mean that the rear feels like it is ready to shoot out in either direction at any given moment. Last change i made was adjusting the air pressure. Does that seem like something that would cause a wacky rear tire? There were two cheek puckering moments over the past weekend were the rear suddenly shifted left.. this was at low speed.~40mph.
ideas?

In the image you posted I'm looking at the fender alignment compared to the tire; that's why I wanted to see another image. In the image you posted it looks like the left of the fender is higher compared to the right. Did the clamp pinch bolts slip on the left side??? It looks like in the image the fork tubes aren't the same height...

Very, very cool. That initial image you posted had me wondering about fork tube heights, it looked like the tire and fender were akimbo. Now, what in the actual hell is going on with those tires; makes no sense your Pirelli's would shred like that this early on...
Edit: I love the videos; I've got to learn how to do that!

couple of things are falling into place in my head now. i think ride-on saved my **** and i have been unknowingly riding a "flat" for a while.
- looking over the dates on the threads and incidents.
- ~12-8-2016: first incident was extreme. happened on highway probably when flat happened but ride on filled the hole
- 12-12-2016: low air pressure then the mystery flat https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...l#post15751865
- ...few incidents of squirrel-tastic craziness
- 12-20-2016: Squirrely rear thread https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...rely-rear.html

Those divets of sheared off rubber are so odd. I assume you haven't locked up the front or ridden over some type of sharp gravel/grates/debris?
The ride-on theory seems solid. Easy enough to dismount the tire, wash it out, and closely inspect for internal damage...or remount and check for leaks.
