Never heard of wisomic. Normally I would say you get what you pay for and while i personally wouldn't try it, a friend bought one of the 80 dollar day makers about a year ago and it still works as it should. It does look cool, I just don't trust the parts that are 1/8th of Harleys price. But that's just my opinion. How are the reviews?

If you take the time to peruse the internet and compare, you'll find some pretty striking differences in quality between the "knockoffs' like Wisamic, et al, and the "name brand" items like Moons, Custom Dynamic, Trucklite, and so on. Things like solder connections, the way the wires are sealed where they enter the headlight shell, and other like details are often pretty shoddy on the knockoffs as compared to the name brands. In addition, I've heard of quite a few complaints of the knockoffs fogging up, compared to a relatively very few numbers fogging up with the "high priced spread", which is a relative term anyway since I'd much rather spend the $200- whatever on up with the confidence that my headlight is much less likely to fail on me than to take the risk of being dragged out of the bushes some morning because my $50 headlight quit. YMMV, however.....
Just my opinion for "bang for the buck"-- Moons.

I think that's the one my buddy just installed. He loves it, but has only had it a few weeks so can't speak of the life of it yet. I ordered one off amazon last year for around $100. It seems well built, haven't had any real issues. The only down sides I've seen are a strange light pattern which I've gotten over, and it does fog slightly after riding but goes away after sitting for a few hours. And the fog is not nearly bad enough to cause any disruption in the light. I understand you get what you pay for, but there comes a point where you are over paying for a name.

As said above "you get what you pay for". Iv had mine for over a year now, an 10,000 miles for 50 bucks. When I go down the road during the day an the cars flip their brights at me I know it works, Let alone at night very very bright, never had this much light on any bike. For 50 bucks I can buy lots of headlights rather than putting out $250-400 for one headlight.

plenty of reviews already on amazon, ignore the idiots grumbling about an install.... installs are always a b!*** in stock buckets, even with normal lights.
sportster crew loves them... if i were making pennies bleed in the headlight department, i'd get it. let's be real, you will literally eat $50 in a weekend or out at a bar... buy the light.
watch the adaptive leds in the turns
stupid bright and MASSIVE OUTPUT
