Default Handeling difference from Street Bob to Fat Bob

I am thinking about downsizing a bit from my Road King to a Dyna. I like both the Street Bob and the Fat Bob. I like the style of the Street Bob better but I wonder about the handling and braking difference of the Fat Bob?

I have a new FB, my buddy bought a new SB.
Both are currently in my garage for the winter.
I have spent all season with time logged on both.
From a performance standpoint, the FB wins hands down.
It is better planted to the road, handles bumps and potholes much better,
and I would even say better in the twisties.
Performance, hands down FB.

Personally, I would say it wins by a large margin in comfort too.
However I am taller at 6' even, so the forwards are more natural to me than the mids.
The mids i feel like I am eating my knees.

My buddy bought the SB, put forwards on it, changed his mini apes to drags and risers and had into his SB what my FB cost.
Now he is saving to get dual front disk brakes, which the FB is standard with.

I do like the looks of the SB slightly better, but I got some ideas for my FB to take care of that

Fat Bobs are for girls who like roller skates clamped on their shoes; Street Bobs are for guys who like cool bikes, fast hot rods, and hot chicks, it all comes down to what you are in life

I down-sized from a Road King as well, getting up there in age and the weight in the mountains was getting too much for me. Not ready to stop riding yet so here I am. The handling differences should be quit a bit between the lower bars and the bigger front tire on the FB. Got to admit if it wasn't for the ugly rear brake lighting, I may have gone with the FB. It fit me well and I didn't even mind the beach bar look, just couldnt get past that rear brake lighting.....yikes.
