At least that is what I am saying in my head.

 

Had an older gentleman ask me yesterday while I was fueling what it was. Complimented me as how he really liked the look. Wanted to know how much it cost. After all the explanation he said he was gonna go and see if he could get one, looked like fun! I only grinned.

 

I have a 06 Street Bob also and it is a great machine. I have people ask me also what kind it is and I just tell them a Harley also. Tell them to look at the name on the tank. I bought it because of not having all the fiber glass to clean and possible break.

 

dude....with riding season full on up here...i get that all the time.....sportster, train, heck even once if it was a home build....

the best one, without fail, was a guy who pulled up next to me on a train who asked me how I put shocks on mine....luckly the light turned green before I needed to awnser....

 

everbody at my work likes my SB better than the night train parked next to it. i even tell them that it is primer grey ( pewter denim ) and watch the look on their faces!

 

I tell `em it's an old Honda.

 

I've got the sportster comment and before and I usually just tell them yup its a screamin little sportster........line your **** up and I'll show you just what a screamer it is. Not that my bober is a dragster but with the stage I, Rinehart 2-1, SERT, swapped out injectors, and a few other little mods it pulls pretty hard to a 100 for its size.

kid asked me if the bike was primed and ready to paint (black denim), I said nope its a special coating from NASA they plan to use on rockets.

I got a super glide, and as someone had said before...it just doesnt sound all that great. As far as im concerned....unless its a low rider, or a wide glide, just simply call it a dyna.
