Hi Limey,
Don't go any more to that dealer, it's a butcher, not a technician!!![sm=badidea.gif]
Some H-D. distributor here in Belgium load the Softail 06 program in the Bob ECM and it works as 06 Softail doesn't have that active air intake you don't have a error code any more!
The problem is that it cost much to do so. Not interresting.
I am sure your Zodiac distributor may clear the problem if he really want to. If not you also may directly contact Zodiac on their website to inform them of the problem.
They are really pro. and will help.
Let me know.
Gunny.

By the way, use the TFI fuel injection module from Dobeck.
For your 06 HDI Bob you have tobuy the 1240ST which is made for all 06 without 02 sensor.
It's a "low cost" option very easy to fit and tune. Very small unit, you can place it under your seat without any problem. Can use iteven if youplan to upgrade your engine.Don't need any H-D. dowload!
Great product and the guys from Dobeck are top.

Thanks Gunny but too late, I've already got a Fuelpak which I just spent the afternoon trying to fit. Squeezed it in evenbtually after a lot of swearing and searching this forum. No thanks to V&H though. I'll have a go at programming it tomorrow.

Should be a good product too!
What about that wider front wheel and the adapter for the active air system?

The front wheel will have to wait a while until I've more cash available, but the air intake will get sorted as soon as possible.
