Why dont you call them (Progressive) direct. There in long beach, Your close to San Fransico, Thats closer than Balt MD.. Like 10 States. Maybe they would be Helpful

is it just me or does one of the shocks look bent in the pick of them laying next to each other? They dont look new but it could be factory seconds.

 

Yeah, I just noticed it after you pointed that out. I just went and pulled the shocks out. They look ok. I think cause I put the on my down comforter (The white background) in combination with the camera's "macro" mode, I'm hoping it is just an optical illusion or something. What did you think about all the marks though ? Thanks Ratt196635.

 

Yeah, I was about to say. The right one looks bent. I would want new ones. They look kinda beat up. You can see where A bolt was turned on it on the second pic...

 

I dont know what to think about the marks myself as I have yet to buy new ones but i would call them back and get them to send you another pair.

Thanks fellas, I got mixed feelings about this. First I was hoping that this was just myimagination and/or this is just how the shocks look out of the box, then again I'm also glad it wasn't my imagination and just looking like some picky, complaining customer. Well I just emailed Eastern Performanceand (Paypal BTW) my issue I have about the shocks. Told them both that I got picture documentation if they want it. The guy at Eastern was telling me that I should also contact Progressive first but I don't think this is progressives problem at this point , and I especially don't think this should be mine if you know what I mean. If their is a problem it should be between them and Progressive.I hear that Eastern is a stand-up company soI'm hoping that this will be resolved easily and just send me the shocks that I ordered or refund my money. Thanks fellas for the input.
