Default Arlen ness fairing question

Anybody who has the Arlen ness : 06-041 narrow fairing, please help me really quick.

I would like a dimension of how high the fairing sticks up from the top of the headlight, I'm curious how it will look with the heighth of my bars.

Please and thanks!!

Honestly, couldn't say for sure. Just got the bike. Not positive on all the styles of everything. They are T bars of some sort with a short drop back as well. They are 9 1/2" from the top of the triple clamp to the center of the bars. And they drop back about 1 1/2".

The widescreen is 11.5". From top to where it lands on fairing

my guage clamp is at 8 3/4".

Here are are some pics So your bars would be slightly taller than my guage mount

I have the fairing set lowest possible as well

have the fairing set as low as possible? Can't you only set it in one spot since it has to be centered on the headlight? Probably a stupid question.

Regardless, should look ok with my bars I think.

I'm sure it will look good. I have a southeast modified narrow ness. So it has been chopped to fit a 49mm mid glide front end

That kit comes to mount it Ventura style so very high. I messed with supplied hardware so I can get it low and in line with the tank

awesome! Thanks for the info!

Just to clarify, I need the narrow one to fit a super glide?

Also, did you get yours painted or is the glossy-ish black it comes in close enough?

It's like I shiny dull black. I'll get it painted when I get a flame paint job that I want. It does not look bad as is. But it's not glossy like paint

Get the narrow one from southeast. The other one for a 49mm front end is to big and bulky in my opinion. It doesn't flow with the bike.

Here is one for sale right now that will fit your front end. Notice the height it's mounted vs how I went with mine
