Default Touch up paint for fork lowers?

I was removing my reflectors from my black lowers today and well - the trick about wrapping your screwdriver in electrical tape doesn't always work! What have you guys used to touch up the black on the stock lowers? I imagine it's not the same as the vivid black paint bc they're powdered, right?

For future reference, the trick is fishing line.

So... in making your bike less safe, you scratched up your paint..

Call harley and tell the you need fingernail polish. ..... i mean touch up paint. Vivid black probably. Its not going to mater and no one is going to notice unless you point it out. Maybe gloss black rustoleum paintband a artists brush set. That what i use to touch up my rotors.

No biggie.

Flying in the face of convention - permanent black marker works.., and doesn't leave the paint blob of touch up

If the scratches / area to be fixed are not too large - can't tell it ever happened

Leave it there as a badge of dishonor and a reminder of not to do something stupid again.
I have a 3x3 gouge on my batwing fairing I will not repair because it reminds me not to stay at a bar too long.
