Yep what 06FXDCIRider said.
Just loosen the Allen bolt inside the peg itself,
then loosen the nut holding the stirrup.
I put a little blue lock tight on the threads
after I found the correct level I liked.

Came here looking for adjustment tips on the stirrups which came on the '09 Low Rider I bought. As for functionality, personally I never much cared for the look, but I was surprised at just what a difference they make. I had highway pegs and forward controls on my Sportster that were never as comfortable as this.

Default Work with mids too!

I have stirrups on my mid controls. Love them.
