I went from PCIII to Thundermax and i'm so glad I did. Thundermax is a little pricey but well worth it IMO. I've also heard good things on the TTS

I went with FP3 mainly because it's simple for a novice like myself. I love the Bluetooth feature that I can run from iPhone. Good deals on eBay. Great if you are only planning to do stage 1, run an auto tune and nothing else. But like others have posted if you plan on doing engine work like cams or having it dyno tuned then spend the extra $200 for PV.

Good to know. My chick was asking if I could use the Power Vision on her bike, a Street Bob, in addition to mine. Is it the case that you can use the Power Vision on two bikes at the same time, or only one at a time and the tuner locks onto that one bike?

yes... i use mine on both my bikes and if my original wideglide was still alive... all three would be on it since the dead one is still married to this pv. pv is the best bet. the fp3 is not worth it and you cant even sell it if you want to upgrade unless you are selling your bike with it. people just buy it cus it's cheaper and dumbed down

anyway... YES!!! extra $199

Hi,i hope the o.p. dosen't mind me tagging this onto his thread, but i'm debating the same issue.
I have a 96 cu. FatBob,to which i've added a Samson 2 into 1,i intend to add an S.E. a.c. & possibly an S.E. 103 basic Kit,nothing else in terms of performance upgrades ever.
I'm very tempted by the FP3,so i'd like to ask,can the FP3 give me a decent running bike, with just the mods i've posted above?.
Cheers,Graham.

With factory narrow band sensors, you may be able to tune a small improvement in open loop but when in closed loop you'll have the same lean condition...
