Inspections are statewide. And the happy inspector walks around and checks every light, including high beam switch. At least they did wherever I had it done. Fortunately it only takes 5min and costs $7 if I recall correctly.

 

Cool. I was only made aware of it recently when they started towing bikes off the street without current inspection stickers.
They've also been setting up Motorcycle only checkpoints at the ends of bridges and ticketing / impounding bikes that are not current. Making the world a better place...

There's now a smoked lens option, and a dual lightbar set-up, where 1 lightbar works as lowbeam, and both on for highbeams.
