I have a 99 Wideglide with forward controls and I'm approx 5'11' (32 inseam)...Plenty of room to streach out. Now my deluxe is a different story. It fits my frame just right, or maybe I'm just saying that cause I like the looks and ride of it. If I was 6'3' I most likely wouldn't have bought the deluxe due to not enought let room.....JMHO...Be safe...

 

6 foot 34" inseam and im very comfortable with fxd/I I cant see how harpoon can be that noticably uncomfortable but I guess to each is there own my stock seat is great I love it on long trips maybe the seat has changed since your year not too familiar with the earlier models but goo luck to ya .

I sat on an 05 Springer today, and it felt smaller than my 1200, (and I KNOW my 1200 is faster than the Springer.) I am pretty sure the springer and night train are aboutthe same size.

 

I am 5'9" with a 34" inseam. When I was looking at Harleys, I tested out my buddie's softail then I sat on a Dyna Wide Glide. There was no comparison. I bought an '06 Wide Glide and it fits me perfectly. If you've got long legs, you will love the Wide Glide. If you have a Dyna with mid controls, check into adding forwards like the WG has got.

 

I have +3 inch forward on mine, I'm 6'2 and it feels perfect.
