Does anyone have these on their Dyna? Do you stick with strictly HD bags or has anyone found a cheaper alternative of the same quality and fit?

 

I have Hardstreet Bags and use Easy Brackets for a close fit.

 

I put some H-D quick disconnect saddlebags on last month. They have the hard shell and leather stretched over them. I got mine pretty cheap compared to the new ones by finding two different people selling the bags where one was all tore up. That and bought the suspension brackets for about $450 total. I did find some comparable bags that were detachable for dynas. You can search the threads for others that people use.

 

I modified a set of HD bags to fit around the shocks, and made them quick release, and the brackets use the fender bolts to hold them, quick and easy to remove. You can get aftermarket bags for less than $200.00 now
