Re: the bulky air cleaner, can you go bigger diameter but lower profile and still have the same flow?

i could drop the filter back to the stock stealth filter and see if theres a difference. I just threw the kitchen sink at the problem. I went as far as i could without a ram style. I could try a 62mm, the manifold will support it. But that may be too far

Or maybe a filter that has more than one face sucking, like below, not the most visually pleasing but you get my point.

Would be cool to get a Dyno caparison between filters but given you've been through the ringer with dynos probably pushing **** uphill.

even up to ~10,000rpm (which will never happen)

according to this with 110.9 and best power at 6500, i should be at 45.76 on the street and 52.63 for racing. for dyna

for sporty @74ci and 7000, 38.79 street; 44.61 racing

---> 58mm anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i looked at a few of those. the diameter of the inlets were too small. hd has a few but... not pretty

Not Pretty is right....

Maybe some time in a K&N catalog and get something machined up.
