2 grand for both is both wheels.

I can get away with the 80 spoke and the 40 at the rear. can't pull off that kind of activity on the front and leave the 40 on the rear. well I could but, it would drive me crazy

Ok. I see now. I just glanced at the price list and saw most were close to $2k each. Your sizes are more like $1100.

yeah, that's a ridiculous price but, I just can't find anything I want outside of a few types out there. I like the new touring tubines but, they don't come in 21(yet). most the hd brand wheel options are cliché and stale. the ones anyone would want only come in certain sizes and or have the dang spoke mounted rotors

i think my real issue is just location. there no great custom shop in my area so my access is limited to the net. south and west florida have all the goods i need, i could just ride into a shop and demand satisfaction.... not up here but, i can get a shotgun and hunting gear, AR, camo gear, pick-up truck, really ugly PFG shirts, and other junk nobody wants super easy....
I can't get any of that in Australia without paying the 50% 'Downunder tax'

A little off the reservation, but damn that's a nice touring bike. I like those wheels too.

That's a nice little detail. Good idea. I didn't know such a thing existed. If I were staying with stock switchgear and controls, I'd definitely be looking for those in black.

Always wanted to do this mod, but I am afraid the reward may not be worth the aggravation... Thoughts?
