to be truthful, i never had an issue with the stock seat, i was just goofing around with the LRS seat. i didn't like it from the jump but, left it on to try to warm up to it. that just didn't happen.

the stock seat is great.

Default horn gone wild

i had been hearing a strange "ting ting" noise but could never figure out what it was.... i was rolling down the parkway today and just got fed up, pulled over into a gas station and chased it down..

found this...

rode on home and got to work getting it out.
not sure how long that was going on but, the mounting thread are stripped and the horn itself is thoroughly mauled. never used it anyway. will order another.

Default more horn nonsense

i remembered that i had the stock horn from my sportster in the parts drawer, so i put that on the dyna until i get a replacement. once it was on, i instantly remembered why i replaced it on the sportster.

C, that wouldn't bother me in the least! Hell the only time I ever use mine is when I hit it by mistake when going to high beam.

Default Unimportant stuff series: cables and stuff

Ordered new throttle/idle and clutch cables pluws a chrome rear m/c cap. The cables are sorta ratty and I'm just doing preventive replacements on them. Cap.... because cap 😆.
