I'm glad you didn't have a get off when that basket went. I had my primary open last week because I was hearing some rattling on acceleration and was worried the basket had come apart. Turned out to be my drive belt slipping so its time for a chain. I'm going to install a billet basket and Baker comp/adjuster while I'm in there. I'm sure you shopped around and found the best price. Where did you buy the Evo from, if you don't mind me asking?

I think it will actually look cool having silver engine, gloss place inner primary, then silver outer primary.
Got it.
Ordered the race..Good call.

Best price I found was JP Cycles. Here is how i did it:

Gold Membership - $39.99 ($15 off one time credit comes w/ membership)
Evo Basket 631-064 - $669.99 w/o membership and w/ it's $602.99

$602.99 - $15off coupon + tax = $624.74 shipped......+ $39.99 if you include the membership price, which I'll take advantage of even more during their Black Friday deals and throughout the year on other things I may need.

Look at the 49 tooth. 6.5 % gear reduction. (I think)

They also make some bitchin exhaust clamps. P/N 2835-0075
They look real close to Rocket Bobs.

I looked at the one too and when I spoke to Evo Ind. they didn't convince me that I should get it since I'm already running a 30/70 gearing setup. In the future I plan on doing a chain swap when I run a longer swing arm so I wanted to kept the basket at 46.

My grand plan for the bike is install a 4" longer swing arm (probably from trac dynamics) then mess w/ the chain gearing and of course make 124+ monster.

Gaskets and bolts showed up along w/ the S&S Race. No basket yet!

New SE comp bolt, inner primary to engine gasket, inner primary bolts that have the rubber seals, and that round sticker type gasket for the mid shifter shaft.
