I'm thinking about getting one of these aftermarket. Wondering how buffeting is on them before I take a loan out to get one. Btw I'm 6" tall.

Going through this thread, you'll find a member that had some issues, but fixed it by covering over the lower vent holes. I think most issues can be worked out with a windshield adjustment.

 

Highly dependent on a number of factors like the windscreen, the vent holes, etc. I'm 5'10", have my vent holes uncovered, and found that switching from an 8" to 11" screen made a big difference. That being said, even the 8" screen was far better than my FXDXT fairing, Harley Quarter fairing, and Quarter fairing plus RoadDawgs windscreen setups I had in the past.
