Default Lowrider S rear fender brake light

Anyone know what (if any) rear fender brake light strip will fit on the lowrider S? I'm talking about the one that's a row of LED's that you stick to the underside on the back of the rear fender. Last time I was at the dealer they said it wasn't available yet. When I measured what I needed it was different than what I could find on fleabay. Sportster one was a little short (might work though) and the other one was too long.

I've got a 2016 FXDLS .

The Canadian bikes are not fitted with a side mount licence plate , instead , a plastic , fender mounted licence plate bracket and tail light arrangement , it is hideous.

I Pulled all of that off and installed a licence plate bracket kit from Great Bike Gear along with a l.e.d. light that fastens under the rear fender . Much nicer looking.

I got the light from Parts Canada (Drag) .

The bracket kit , I ordered from Great Bike Gear.

The turn signals are now mounted further back and docking hardware is on the fender rails

Gearhead88, can you take a pic after you install the light so I can see how it fits? I was under the impression that the sportster lights were too short. I may order the light you bought if it looks good. Thanks!

I'm very interested too. Especially on the installation and functionality. Does it act as a run brake turn light? I also have the GBG plate mount.

Edit: If only I read in more detail. I see its only run/brake. Which I really prefer. Excellent.

I should mention , I modified the licence plate bracket I bought. I changed the profile of the upper edge to accommodate the l.e.d. light assembly and I removed the bracket that is supposed to be used to install the licence plate illumination lamp that comes on the side mount plate bikes. Once I was happy with the fit I re sprayed the bracket with Harley Wrinkle black rattle can spray paint. It turned out nice .

Sorry fellas , I didn't take any pics yet.

Here's what it looks like , I did some trimming to make it work , not a big deal , fabrication / metal working are one of my hobbies.

I had it in my workshop for it's first service today , assigned my Screamin Eagle race tuner and loaded a canned map for now , tweaked the rev limit , made sure anti knock was enabled , disabled the temp management. Installed an oil cooler too , the verticle mount one from the MoCo.

The signal lights do the turn function , act as running lights and are also brake lights , the light tucked under the fender is run / brake only .
