Ok, thanks. I need just the bracket, as I have a Bright *** Light. A new one is $50 at the dealer, guess that's probably the easiest thing to do. I had the whole thing apart today and I replaced the posts/sheet metal nuts on the taillight base with 1/4-20 bolts, then I used lock washers, so THAT **** shouldn't be coming apart again. I installed my Dynamic LED turn/stop/running lights too, so now the only issue is the clearance of the rear tire.

Well, I'm bumping this up for an update in case anyone searches this thread in the future:
I decided to pull the fender off completely to build a new wiring harness and get rid of the hacked together stock one. When I took the last bolts out, the fender supports relaxed outward quite a bit. With the fender out, when I attempt to place the taillight/license plate bracket, it's a full 1/4 inch or more too narrow. Whoever did the work years ago used a thin assembly and simply cranked the bolts down to narrow it up. At least now I know, so I'll have to spread the fender out a bit and I'll be good to go.
